In these days of high technology, mobile phones, emails and instant messaging, the old modes of communication are fast losing favour but seaside postcards are still a popular way of greeting friends when away on holiday. Below are a number of "postcards" we could have sent during our week on the English Riviera to our friends and relatives. The designs of the cards can be found in any seaside resort - only the photos are original and were taken between July 8th and 14th.
