![]() And so we come to the last full day of our holiday in Saundersfoot for 2004 and we started it with our usual pre-breakfast walk along the seafront and around the harbour. Surveying the misty coastline with a lone figure on the beach, the sun was quickly breaking through and promised a much better day than the previous day's offering when we visited Blacktar Point. |
![]() A few more figures appeared on the beach but they were easily outnumbered by the gulls. |
![]() The village still looked sleepy but to me this is probably one of the best times to enjoy the surroundings before the hustle and bustle of the day take over. |
![]() There was a little activity on the harbour wall near the fishing boat but not enough to disturb the peace of the early morning. |
![]() The rest of the craft in the harbour were still anchored and tied up as the water receded. |
![]() The occupants of a couple of vehicles looked to be making an early start to the weekend as they manoeuvred their boats down the slipway ready to launch. |
![]() The sun had now really broken through and although the boats moored close to the harbour wall were still in shadow, it would not be long before they too felt the warmth of the day. |
